空調設備の更新工事を行っています
ただいま、当センタービルでは、空調設備の老朽化に伴う大規模な更新工事を行っております。
この工事により、すべての居室の冷暖房や換気が個別調整方式となり、室温や風量などを部屋ごとに自由に設定していただけるようになります。
工事の完了は、平成 26 年 6 月末を予定しております。
期間中、入居者の皆様、館内ご利用の皆様には大変なご迷惑をおかけいたしますが、 ご理解、ご協力を賜りますようよろしくお願いいたします。
